“It’s a nice hotel, I liked the decor and room was clean. I didn’t hear other guests apart from some occasional hall door slamming (but nothing too bad). However there was strange vibrating noise in my room that would go on and off every day, super annoying. Not sure what it was perhaps some ventilation installed on the roof or in the walls because in my room nothing made noise.”

“Lovely stay! The staff were friendly and super helpful. There was a nice breakfast spread with good options. The fans were helpful with the heat and, even though there are stairs, the staff offered to assist us by bringing our luggage to the room. Wish we could’ve stayed longer (:”

“Ho prenotato un monolocale con una cucina. All'arrivo ci hanno dato una camera familiare con due letti singoli. La camera prenotata io dovrebbe avere un letto king size visto che eravamo due adulti. Ho spiegato al reception diverse volte e sempre loro risposta era we will inform management. Abbiamo soggiornato 3 giorni senza nessun soluzione e ultimo giorno ci hanno rimborsato 15 £. Pulizia della camera non è abbastanza. All'arrivo abbiamo trovato capelli in bagno e il pavimento non lavato....

“Very nice Hotel, comfortable and clean room, friendly environment. I wish they could improve the breakfast time: starting at 0730 it is just way too late! I went to the restaurant at 0735 and they were still not fully ready and since is not a buffet, you need to actually order at the table is not something you can rush a bit if you have to go, so I was given a coffee and just one (1) pastry to take away. ”

“Struttura nuova, Un mix tra hotel e ostello. Piena di ragazzie e di lavoratori che arrivano dal vicino distretto finanziario di Canary Wharf. Il check-in può risultare un poco lento, ma nulla di drammatico La stanza (nella parte dell'hotel) è enorme e pulita e ben arredata. L'aria condizionata faceva fatica a stare al passo, ma erano i giorni più caldi del secolo, quindi comprensibile. Non si stava comunque male. Per chi corre esistono un paio di parchi vicini.
