Hotel vicino a The Glades Bromley - Londra

“Abdual was amazing with helping me find the entrance. Lovely crazy rooms, will be back soon!”

“Had a wonderful 6-day stay at the gorgeous Royal Bell. Exceptional service—everyone was eager to please and made sure our stay was flawless. It's in the heart of Bromley and convenient to stores and restaurants. We booked a deluxe double room, which was spacious, including the bathroom and its oversized shower. Gorgeous bathroom hardware and a VERY comfortable king-sized bed. Luxurious linens and modern furnishings with a nod to its historic past. The surprising bonus was the ground floor back...

“Great stay, property was clean and staff were pleasant, didn’t stay for breakfast so can’t comment on that but overall great value for money”

“Ho prenotato un monolocale con una cucina. All'arrivo ci hanno dato una camera familiare con due letti singoli. La camera prenotata io dovrebbe avere un letto king size visto che eravamo due adulti. Ho spiegato al reception diverse volte e sempre loro risposta era we will inform management. Abbiamo soggiornato 3 giorni senza nessun soluzione e ultimo giorno ci hanno rimborsato 15 £. Pulizia della camera non è abbastanza. All'arrivo abbiamo trovato capelli in bagno e il pavimento non lavato....

“this is a poor hotel and you shoud not recommend this hotel it is avery old house turned into a hotel of 15 on suite rooms untiyed grounds our room resonnable but the kettle was dirty inside the sink plug lever was missing and the hot water was cold”

“Terribile, letto scomodo, cuscini non confortevoli, caldo insopportabile per mancanza di aria condizionata, pulizie inesistenti, bagno senza specchio, asciugacapelli mancante e scarsa fornitura di shampoo, bagno schiuma, sapone e caffè. Sono scappato dopo pochi giorni.”

“Self-check in, mould at the end of the bed in the sheets, cracks in walls, floors unswept, smelt of smoke upon entry (despite being a non-smoking hotel), found a bug on the towels, mould around the window, safety lock on window broken, door could be easily pushed open if not locked”

“Very nice Hotel, comfortable and clean room, friendly environment. I wish they could improve the breakfast time: starting at 0730 it is just way too late! I went to the restaurant at 0735 and they were still not fully ready and since is not a buffet, you need to actually order at the table is not something you can rush a bit if you have to go, so I was given a coffee and just one (1) pastry to take away. ”

“La colazione è stata molto buona.”

“Great place to stay and lovely location”

“Enjoyed a stay for three days. Staff very willing and helpful. Excellent food. Enjoyed the different areas especially the beer garden when it was warm. Was woken by the kitchen extract fan at 6am, which probably was due to the secondary double glazing not fitting correctly. Needs some maintenance.”

“Soup downstairs was delicious as was their gf bread. Man who checked me in helped me bring my bag up those steep stairs! Room was cute. Loved the giant (fancy) bottle of water, oatmeal…(too bad I couldn’t try the muffins as they have gluten) but what nice unexpected complimentary snacks. Could be loud potentially, it is above a pub, not an issue the night I was there”
