“An adequate facility for an overnight stay for a traveler or road trip. Well placed in a quieter area close to parklands and dining areas. Limited in room facilities which is why i would recommend for overnight stop and not a holiday venue, but it is clean and tidy and comfortable and the staff are very friendly.”

“Upon arrival at the motel we were concerned , it is currently undergoing major reconstruction and renovation, this is not mentioned in the motels site listing on Expedia. It looks like a demolition site and we were not even sure if we had the right place. “We had a lovely stay at Beachcomber Toukley. Our room had a wonderful view overlooking the pool and the lake, which made our stay even more relaxing. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The only downside was that the small sofa in the room had quite a few stains on it, which made it look worn and could do with a thorough clean or replacement. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Thank you for a great experience!”

“Great location gardens and outdoor space immaculate. We ate in the bar which was good and breakfast had a great range. Unlike Pullman hotels I was disappointed with Foxtel and tv in the room not working - no signal. Spa bath also was broken.”

“Overall, the quality of the room is pretty poor. When we got to the property, the door was insanely hard to open we thought we’d been given the wrong key, only after kicking the bottom of it did it open. Once we were in, there was no normal lock and the door handle was sagging so we weren’t sure if it was actually locked or not so I had to place a chair in-front of the door, just in case. It could have simply been a tripped circuit breaker, but no one was even available to check.
