Hotel a Doyline

“We absolutely loved this property. Our room was great, very spacious. The kids had a wonderful time!”

“La habitación apestaba a cigarrillo, las sábanas sucias, el cuarto habia basura, al mover las sábanas habían cabello y sábanas manchadas, en la tes edición la chica fue super ofensiva, nisiquiera quisimos quedarnos ,como iba ha acostar a mi hija de 3 años en esa cama, la peor experiencia del mundo. No reserves aqui, es lo peor”

“Pur avendo pagato in anticipo per 2 stanze e 6 persone, al nostro arrivo abbiamo preso atto che le stanze non c'erano: secondo la receptionist avremmo dovuto dormire in 4 in un letto! Abbiamo dovuto andare a cercare un altro Hotel alle 20!”

“l'albergo è grande, pulito e con tutte le comodità-il personale disponibile. unica pecca la impossibilità di alzare la temperatura della camera (veramente troppo freddo abbiamo dovuto chiedere anche delle coperte per la notte dopo) ed il parcheggio che non è riservato ai clienti”

“Clean enough to pass muster. Elevator was malfunctioning for 2nd and 3rd floors, so a lot of stairs were taken, given we were 3rd floor. Traveling with support dog-- never an issue before for ESA animal, but was not allowed free this time. They stated they are following ADA guidelines. So, working dogs allowed, but not ESA dog. Disappointed.”

“Everything was okay except our blow dryer didn’t work and what sense does it make to open the pool at 10am if checkout if it 11am. That is totally ridiculous and unfair. You should consider all sides and possibly move the swim time up to 8am or 9am.”

“The room was super humid despite setting the AC on 68, very uncomfortable. The TV worked poorly though staff put in a good effort to try to make it work properly. Staff was a consistent positive but the humid room was grim. I've encountered this in other hotel/motels as well. WTH? Location was nothing special, but was surprisingly quiet given close proximity to a major highway. Breakfast was typical of this type of lodging...reasonably good. Good coffee! Cheerful staff!”

“This was NOT a good stay! The website was down to check in. The lady at the front desk was rude and left me on hold for someone else to assist me. The keys did not work to get in the building. Each time I left out the room to go outside the building, I had to walk around the building. The keys did not work for the entire weekend!!!! I called to get more towels, the whole day went by and I got nothing. I had to find housekeepers in order to get my own towels. The staff (some of them) was...

“When I checked in no television and shower didn't work, man at office said he would handle it, lied to me for 3 days, I went and asked for my refund and he put me out and kept my deposit and was rude, called office to complain and he is the complaint line”

“Customizing plans to fit and they were totally flexible. Plus their knowledge of the region and town for things and do and places to go. Very helpful.”
