“great hotel, excellent location near everything. amenities are great. rooms are spacious with fridge, microwave, 2 queens, pull out couch and a great bathroom. no complaints at all. my only grip is coffee on sunday. i came down 5 minutes after breakfast was over and just wanted coffee and they said they don't do coffee on the weekends. i would just ask for coffee available with the water all weekend. overall fantastic hotel, great little pool, really good hot tub, nice and hot with strong...

“Staff took FOREVER to show up anytime you needed something. Including a huge wait on them just to check in. We tried to use the hot tub and it was so dirty and gross we were afraid to get in. Doesn't seem it ever gets regularly cleaned. It also is nonsmoking but everything smells of smoke.”

The front desk would not put the chair on. The front desk had a couple of people who were helpful. The majority of the staff had an attitude. Three different women who were very rude. Two of the four nights my mom could not take a shower. They switched the room and made us wait until almost 430pm the next...
