Hotel a Dresda

“The building is absolutely stunning! The staff was so kind and very helpful! If i’m ever in Kentucky I will definitely be staying there again!”

“The hotel is very nice. Good decor, clean, small nice when you go in. The staff were excellent, very friendly. Check in was super easy. The bed was hard as a rock. It felt like a board with a sheet over it. The pillows were flat. Other than that, the room was great.”

“Staff was really slow, fist room we were given hadn’t been cleaned, which wouldn’t have bothered me so much if I hadn’t had to wait so long for the front desk woman to check me in.”

“Staff was great but hotel felt run down and rooms felt old. There was a floor fan running in our hallway all night and the AC unit ran nonstop from the wall either blowing freezing air or hot air. Fitness room was closed for no reason ”

The breakfast was lacking in just about every area except cleanliness. Selection was very limited. Tasteless eggs and some strange type of sausage. The hot waffle maker was the best option. “The cottage that we stayed in was very old charm and there was plenty of room. The host met us upon arrival. Would stay here again!”

“The room smelled like someone was smoking in it. There was a cigarette burn on the top blanket, and stains on the sheets. No ice in the ice machine. Said there was "free" breakfast, and all they served was waffles and coffee.”

“ The bed was very comfortable. The fixtures were a bit banged up and there was some unfinished random painting that could make the room look better.”

“No staff available. Had to call and wait for them to check in. We entered our room for about 5 minutes then never returned. The room was filthy. Bathroom was filthy with bug in tub. Holes in bathroom door. Beds were dirty with balled up hair on sheets. ”
