“DO NOT STAY HERE…FILTHY I reserved 2 rooms and both were filthy! Stains on sheets, looked like cigarette holes on comforters. Bathroom toilet had hair on it, bathroom shower was nasty, bathroom door looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since the place was built. We walked in and right back out. Did not stay here. Went back to front desk and requested a refund. The person on duty was very nice and was not confrontational. The only issue was i had to contact Expedia so he could get the “ok” to...

“Everything smelled wet and moist. The hallways were warm and it was hard to open the door because the carpet installed was swelling or something so had to drag the door over that carpet. The hosts we initially spoke with were very pleasant though. For the money I would advise going somewhere else.”

“Very friendly staff. But, the disability access rooms were a bit outdated. A rail which was not totally secure and a leaning toiler kept us from staying in our original room. Also, the handicap seat in the shower was missing one of the rubber footings.”

“Breakfast was not always heated and sometimes sat cold. My car was vandalized parked in the front of hotel lobby. Alerted front desk, manager was supposed to contact me as they were on the premises. No contact from Mgr, checked out the next day instead of staying thru the reservation. Homeless people on the grounds by the dumpster.”

“The staff were so welcoming. we were able to check in a bit early and we appreciated that. the room was perfect and i especially loved the balcony i could step out onto for morning coffee. the breakfast was excellent and the waiter was so polite and working hard to make everyone feel attended to during the morning rush. we took a walk around the beautiful neighborhood after breakfast. i would absolutely stay here again.”

“I called the place and tbe phone didn’t answer so we went to the place and my brother tried calling there after we asked the staff if the phone works and it didn’t ring! I proceeded to ask her to give me a good number to call form there and gave me her own phone number instead! She said she’ll give me a call back the next day but didn’t! And still trying to call and email them!”

“I was unhappy that the listing description showed a deep soak bathtub but I did not have one.”

“Pictures online are not accurate and area is not safe. Check in desk isn’t even at Red Lion, it’s at the Radisson. The building is very old, the rooms are outdated and the AC was not working on multiple floors. Requested a new room and was moved onto the same floor with same AC issues. Ended up not staying and going to South End Holiday Inn & Suites instead.”

“Do not stay at this hotel. My daughter spent one night and was bitten by bedbugs. You read that right: bedbugs! When she informed the hotel, they demanded that she produce photos of the bedbugs, which was extremely rude and disrespectful, especially since they could see the bites on her ankle and how painful it was. They did not offer any kind of apology or help her in any way. Furthermore, the room was quite dirty (which explains the bedbugs) and many things did not work properly, e.g., the...
