“Parking was great staff was very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. We had too change rooms though but it was no hassle at all as they went beyond their selves too help new owners only 1 month alot still too be done but food was exceptional ”

“It’s just a pub with some rooms. Dirty, smelly, cheap furniture and cheap mattress very uncomfortable, worst breakfast ever had, didn’t even offer a glass of orange juice. Staff leave the place in the night and guests are left on their own until the next morning. Horrible experience.”

Which did cause some issues. Fine if you are a wheelchair user, but my mum uses crutches to get around. It was not that easy for her. “Brilliant stay at the Villiers Hotel. We received a room upgrade and found ourselves staying in a Duplex Suite. The hotel was spotlessly clean, staff all kind and caring and very well trained. Hotel room was spotlessly clean, spacious and very well heated during the cold spell we were experiencing. The hotel was very well maintained and presented quite a quirky and interesting persona. Breakfasts were promptly presented with an excellent range of cooked choices. Always a free parking space...
