“Could not figure out how to get into room, no receptionist to check you in. Have to make separate arrangements directly with owner ahead of time.”

“Everytime I check in they change the amount. The webpage for this place doesn't say a pet fee, which they pick and choose what rate they want for each customer. I specify a room because of sleep issues and they say ok only to find out someone else has the room. I excuses for everything. Now they are expecting me to vacuum everyday because of my pet. They do a horrible job of cleaning and keeping things updated but I have to vacuum. I clean everything before I leave because respect others people...

“I rarely leave reviews, but this needs to be said. Our stay at the Oasis Hotel and Bar was honestly shocking—in the worst way. The front desk was almost always unattended, and the hallways smelled strongly of marijuana the entire time. The room was very outdated—no USB outlets, no light in the shower (so you’re basically showering in the dark), and the bed smelled terrible and was so uncomfortable that both my husband and I woke up with back aches. “Room was clean, quiet. Staff was so so kind. I would stay again. ”

“Breakfast was fine nothing special. Staff was nice enough. The building condition itself was quite poor and much more rundown then the listing oictures looked. There was rust on the mirror and in the shower and overall just kind of gross how rundown it was. ”

“Pool and hot tub were out of service, room had burned out light bulbs, bathroom had a terrible urine smell and toilet was stained. We left the hotel and found somewhere else to stay that night. Front desk staff was also rude.”

“Beautiful property. LOVELY staff. Fantastic restaurant with the most professional and welcoming and graceful bartender/waiter. Amazing value over all for such a sprawling room in such a pretty hotel. So much love has gone into the Retlaw and we'll be back soon! ”

“I stayed in two different rooms one was 2 Queens and the other was King. Both rooms were clean. The Double Queens had a view of their Game room which was pretty. My favorite part of The Raddison was the restaurant Benvenutos, the food was great and a reasonable price.”
