“Check-in is advertised as anytime after 4pm. I arrived late at night and there was no self-check in and the lobby was closed. I called the emergency line and the directory was unhelpful resulting in no contact with any person. I ended up finding alternative housing that night. I messaged the property June 20th (as of June 26) have had no response. I can't even receive a refund because they won't respond to my bank.”

“The house and amenities are decorated is a simple cozy style, very well maintained. It was a fantastic experience for me and my wife. The house is beside a 60km bicycle and walking trail. Close to everything.”

“Location could be good for bicyclers as it's right on the trail. Good food nearby. While the management let us put our bikes in our room, the rooms are small so it's tight. They skimped on towels and pillows. If it is really just a budget offer than the price should be lower. There's lots that was off-putting and not too much good to say. “The location was good, walking distance to restaurants and the Main Street. A short drive to Blue Mountain Village. The room was clean, fresh and the beds were comfortable. The parking was convenient just outside the door, no hallways.”

“We enjoyed our visit to Collingwood. The room that we were given was huge, it had a king size bedroom plus a living and dining room as well as a large walk in shower. The first 4 floors are part of a Retirement Residence. We were on the 6 th floor. My husband and I were helping a family move, it was tiring work and our accommodations made our stay very comfortable and relaxing. The indoor pool and hot tub is definitely a bonus”

“Not what it used to be. Amneties (pool) shut down for maintenance. Elevators stopped working , families had to carry luggage and strollers up and down on many flights of stairs. Tv in our room didn’t work. Garbage in the staircase. Empty tissue box in our room. We booked here many times but won’t again.”

“Wonderful service provided by front staff, breakfast had lots of variety felt satisfied with the service. But the i gave 4 star and not 5 is the lady at breakfast. First of all she saw me struggling with waffle maker, instead of saying anything she just started preparing waffle for me.
