“The weather was horribly cold but it was okay! Because the room has air condition and electric blanket. Also, there was a heater in the bathroom. The room was clean and spacious. I loved this place. If I'm back to Ballarat, I will definitely come back here.”

“The hotel was beautifully renovated with many original fittings. It is in a great location for shopping and dining, with all the major stores within walking distance. The staff were very nice and replied promptly to some questions I had before check in. I was only there overnight and didn't get up in time for breakfast but the menu looked great. My only very minor negative comment would be that the bed was very creaky. I would definitely stay there again next time I visit Ballarat. ”

It has covered parking off the main street which is great. The staff were so helpful & friendly & supportive. I will be staying here again on my next visit to Ballarat & happily recommend to others. ”
