“This is a modern brand new hotel with high end fixtures. The location is awesome, right on the Auckland Viaduct. Restaurants, bars and other attractions are a short walk away. Our room had a full view of the viaduct and we could see ships going in and out. The staff was very friendly and they accommodated an early checkin at 11 AM! ”

The staff is awesome, especially in the welcome lounge, which is quite a different experience than a typical standing desk. “Was meet by Robert who took us to our lodge. The lodge was clean and tidy with the fridge stocked with milk, bread , eggs , butter and Yogurt and fruit all of which we were most grateful. The upper cupboards had cereals and tea and coffee.. all in all a lovely place to stay ”

"We stayed at the hotel for a few hours before catching our next flight. The airport shuttle service was excellent quick, well-organized, and easy to find. The room, although small, was comfortable and suitable for a short stay. Unfortunately, we did notice some issues with cleanliness: there were traces of toothpaste and a few hairs in the bathroom, presumably from the previous guest. A bit more attention to cleaning, especially in the bathroom, would greatly improve the overall experience."
