“Checking in process was terrible unorganised monies taken out when shouldn’t have 1 king size bed for 3 people? Just common sense would tell you is another bed needed? Hotel itself was very good staff I dealt with very helpful just the processes was bad”

“The property was advertised falsely. The reason we booked here was because it was advertised to have an on-site restaurant and an on-site bar. This was not the case. There is no longer a restaurant or a bar on-site. Do better owners, tell the truth and don't mislead customers to book here when you don't have the facilities you say you have. Nowhere on their website does it say there is a gambling room operating out of there that there are unsavory people hanging around outside our door begging...

“The hotel is well located. However the checkout time of 11.o0 far too early. The TV is located diagonally to the seaties and to the bed as well. You need to stand in front of the table to watch directly. Having said that the staff is very helpful and customer focussed.”
