“Unusual communication from the start. Booked through expedia, host was listed as Mei but actually a third party company made contact AFTER the free cancellation period asking for a large deposit. “Disappointed to have only 2 coffee sachets supplied - my friend & I both elderly & find it hard to negotiate stairs so going down to office for more not an easy option. Would be great if info about nearby food options supplied eg. It was only in daylight we realised there was a NW supermarket across the road. ”
