“Not a fan of the no-staff on site sort of thing. It's supposed to all be automated but I can't stand signing in through a bunch of apps and making accounts just to get into my room. I had an issue or two while there that I wanted to ask a staff person about (parking options nearby, procedure for X or Y at the hotel) and instead I just found myself doing guestwork. “The place is in a great location. Able to walk to great eateries for dinner and morning coffee/latte breakfast. I gave it only 4 stars because we were disappointed in the on site eatery/bar. Very pared down and not inviting.”
