“I wasn't sure about the no-front-desk hotel setup, but my stay was very pleasant. I stayed for 2 weeks, and there's a bit of a DIY element here -- housekeeping service is an add-on -- but the supply closet was always stocked. I stayed in the Deluxe King room with a sitting area. It was a lovely, quiet room with plenty of space. The restaurant in the lobby is amazing, too. “Property falsely advertised room service. That was a huge selling point for me. The room did not appear clean. Dust everywhere even crumbs and leftover makeup tools. Hair dryer in the room was broken. When I called the front desk for a new one they seemed bothered and frustrated that they were the only person at the front desk. Horrible view from the room. Didn't leave us with comfy or relaxing vibes. Left before check out to get breakfast elsewhere due to the other conditions.”
