Paradise in East Quogue, NY

Find yourself at peace in this spacious and serene home. Sprawling four bedroom, three bathroom house with a pool and an office/guest bedroom. Steps to Shinnecock Bay access, a short drive to the sandy beach! Full kitchen, eat in dining room, living room, covered outdoor patio, deck, and full-size pool.


The space:

Step into paradise! Through the front door, your cozy living room awaits to your left, with the dining room and double doors to the expansive backyard straight ahead.

To your right, enter the master suite - an oversized bedroom with a queen sized bed, tv and private entrance to the backyard. Oversized bathroom in the hallway includes a steamer shower and jetted bathtub. At the end of the hall is a guest bedroom/office, with a twin sized daybed, desk and bookshelf. These three rooms can be closed off from the rest of the house. A real master retreat!

Left of the dining room is the full galley kitchen, featuring a double oven, electric stovetop, French door refrigerator, dishwasher, and double sink. Cabinets are stocked full of kitchenware and cookware. New window over the sink allows full view of backyard.

At the end of the kitchen, another hallway leads to the second bedroom with a double bed. Just outside the bedroom is the second full bathroom with a stall shower.

Through the doorway next to the second bedroom, you'll find stairs to the second floor sleeping area. The first upstairs bedroom contains one queen sized bed. The second upstairs bedroom contains one double sized bed and one twin sized bed. The third full bathroom completes the upstairs suite, with a tub/shower.

Laundry is available through the door at the bottom of the stairs.

Back downstairs, exit through the screened-in covered patio to the deck, full sized pool, and sweeping yard space. Relax and enjoy!

House has been recently updated with all new windows on the first floor, fresh paint throughout, and refinished hardwood floors.

Pool maintenance is performed weekly. Guest does not need to be present and the house will not be accessed.

For stays longer than one month, we require a monthly professional cleaning. Schedule and access to house will be coordinated with guest.

Access to Shinnecock Bay is at the end of the road for easy kayak launch. Boat launch is two blocks away. Both bay and ocean beaches are a short drive away - parking permits are required.
