“Le'ts start saying it is not really a 5-star hotel but the communal areas are nice (especially the rooftop seating and pool) and the staff is very friendly (and helpful). On the other hand the rooms are quite outdated (at least mine, on the 11th floor) and there is always some dust smell (probably the carpet).
