“Pool and hot tub needs to be clean”

“The breakfast was very good and the pancake making machine was something new to me and they were tasty. We were disappointed that the internet was not working.”

“We reserved a room for 4 guests. Our room only had 2 towels. When the front desk was paged, we were told to go get them from the lobby. I asked if they could be brought to the room and the gentleman was nice enough to bring them. Then, we realized that the room had no hand soap and no body wash. There was only one small bottle of shampoo, conditioner and lotion. For 4 people!? Great patio space with comfortable chairs and a really nice outdoor bar. Lots to do on the property. We stayed 2 nights and didn’t even get to do everything!”
