Hotel con palestra a East Village

“stanza minuscola inadatta ad una famiglia di 4 persone. hanno piazzato un letto attaccato alla finestra con il risultato di creare spifferi gelidi per le nostre figlie che hanno dormito lì. Le pulizia lascia molto a desiderare e i servizi sono inesistenti. vergognoso sopratutto se comparato ad hotel europei ”

“Terrible. I expected so much better for the price. Location was great, but that's where the positives end. Staff for check in was incredibly rude. Kept stopping check in with me to assist other travelers. Then got to the room and it was stifling. Called the front desk who said they would send someone to work on it, but the AC never actually cooled the room. Also, the shower was a safety hazard. Very slippery. I actually fell and hurt my hip.
