Hotel per fare shopping a Eastbourne

“A beautiful property and wonderful hosts. Parking was easy, room was lovely and breakfast was delicious!”

“I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property nothing was too much trouble for Fiona and James and I have booked again for next year. The room was on the ground floor with a good shower, drinks and biscuits and a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was exceptional and I can't wait to return.”

“Very nice B&B, in good location. Just a couple of points to mention which was why I have only 4/5. - Room and en-suite smaller than expected, but still nice and comfortable - Breakfast was lovely, but would prefer being able to self serve juice and tea/coffee. Also a full English breakfast should use real sausages, rather than tiny chipolatas - Biggest issues was noise with voices and bathrooms clearly audible from other rooms late and night and early morning.”

“Excellently run b&b, spotless rooms and common parts, fantastic breakfast. Nothing but praise from us!”

“Thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Audrey and Sarah at the New England on a fall weekend.”

“Lovely place. Spacious & comfortable room, with a bath (which is always a bonus for me!). Delicious breakfast & really friendly staff. Very welcoming. We would definitely stay again when visiting Eastbourne. ”

“Personale accogliente. Struttura a pochi metri dal mare , stazione raggiungibile in 20 minuti a piedi. Molto carina la struttura, colazione assortita. ”

“Room was comfortable and spacious. Hot water great. Staff very helpful. Complimentary glass of wine nice touch. Hotel maintenance could be better but must be difficult with these old buildings along the sea.”

“Very friendly and well run guest house. Free parking is possible in some side streets. At the quieter end of the town but bus stops nearby and buses run fairly regularly into town. Have stayed here many times and never had any issues.”

Consigliato!!!”

“Nice Victorian warm style, very polite staff and nice food.”
