“Large room for Europe, but no air conditioning was really a shame in 35+ degree heatwave. Not specifically their fault but if you have no AC, you should at least have a fan available for each room. Advertised as a 5 star hotel but really not of that quality.”

“While the Tiger Inn pub is nicely located by the village inn and the staff were very helpful, the room was over priced for what it was - a nice room in a pub. To describe it as 'luxury' is somewhat misleading in my view. The food was good but nothing special, so again, certainly didnt justify the 'luxury' reference”

“Lovely cottage full of character. Lots of thoughtful touches such as shower gel, shampoo and kitchen essentials and the owner responded promptly to all our queries. The garden was an added bonus in the hot weather. Only two minor criticisms - firstly it wasn’t clear from the description that the bathroom (and therefore the only toilet) were on the ground floor. Secondly it wasn’t possible to close the door to the second bedroom as one of the beds is in the way. Overall we enjoyed our brief...

“È un albergo rimasto fermo a 40 anni fa. Come mobilio e come strutture comuni. I bagni, ad esempio, sono minuscoli e certe camere hanno le docce con l’entrata a 20 centimetri dal water. Non c’è l’aria condizionata ma un ventilatore e la finestra non si può aprire perché entrano i gabbiani! Però è pulito, il personale è gentile e fa di tutto per mettervi a vostro agio, la sala da pranzo è funzionale e ben arredata, la posizione è ottima, i prezzi sono bassi. Se si scende a compromessi può...

“The staff were amazing from the front desk Darcy and mum to the night porter, who could not do enough for us brilliant. Would recommend to all ages and jealous that we’re not still there. Carnival was great; only thing is if you’re down for this event next year, find parking first early, as it’s at a premiere. Massive shout out again to all. 👍😘”
