“We booked a ground floor room as my wife has mobility issues and Chloe called me to say all was organised but when we booked in on the Saturday afternoon was told no ground rooms were available so my wife had to struggle up and down stairs all weekend. We were told when we checked in it was bad luck for us. Staff not very helpful or friendly so we decided not to get meals at the hotel ”

I know I booked the room at the very last moment, but the hotel had a very poor out-of-hours check-in service. I had to call the property seeking my room information and was only told at that time that due to a hotel policy, I should provide my credit card information for a security deposit, and I had no access to my credit card at that time but could provide the info in 15 mins; however, the reception...

“A good motel close the RHH and city centre, the bed was a little hard, the room was very clean and the reception lady was very friendly. I would definitely stay there again for a short stay. ”
