“The property was a beautiful home overlooking the water with a sprawling lawn. The hostess Debbie greeted us at the door and couldn’t have been nicer! We had a very cozy, clean and comfy room with a view of the water. It was so peaceful. Just what we needed! “Hot tub did not work. We could fill it up, but the jets did not work. No alternative option was offered. Staff knew apparently about it. Coffee maker did not work either, although the staff knew about it. A new coffee maker was brought over. Bathroom door knob doesn’t seem to work correctly. We had difficulty opening the door. Even got stuck in the bathroom for a little while. Shower head seems to be leaking in 3 different places, affecting the flow of water coming out of it.”
