“What a treat to stay at the Atlantic Hotel on our way to a beach weekend! Berlin was so lively! The hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate our late-night arrival, including a delicious meal and drinks on the porch, despite it being almost closing time. Food and drinks were great, and the staff were fabulous! Loved this unique experience in a historic hotel.”

“The owner, Mr Harwood, is an amazing historian and you'll be delighted by his stories while enjoying David's wonderful breakfasts each morning, This is an early 1900's mansion which is within walking distance to several very good restaurants. ”

“I loved this place. There was an update in 2016 and someone made the mistake of getting white carpet. Live and learn. The bed was comfortable, there was a variety of pillows, the tavern shuts down at 9:00 so its all quiet by 11:00 p.m. The tavern is superb. I’d eat there again in a heartbeat. The place is old and has some quirks and that’s something that you either like because you like historical places or you don’t because you like modern things. I’d stay here again. ”

“Very quiet, off the beaten path kind of place. It was a bit pricey on a long weekend, but we had a wonderfully leisure time there. Wild rabbits were running on the lawns, so cute! The inn keepers were attentive and gave us a few "care packages", we also loved the cucumber soap. The only downside is the lack of food choices in town, I think with this location it may have been a good thing to pay extra for breakfast on site. ”
