“The configuration of the shower was smart - you'll see when you get there. But the glass door to the bathroom was dirty, lots of toothpaste and other things on it. Also, my feet got dirty walking barefoot on the carpret.”

“Staff was amazing. Room not so much. It was renovated double queen room. the TV way in the corner of the room so only one bed could see TV. Also they changed to toddler sized pillows. We went to the front desk and got normal size pillows. Love the staff and the location. Hoping we don’t get that room again”

“This property is across from the transit center. It's loud and feels a bit unsafe on the street outside. The hallways are pretty beat up, rooms have been redone but I had a couple of large bugs in my room, hair in the shower and the smoke detector light brightly flashing all night long. Honestly, it was rough. I think the staff was doing their best. They were friendly and open to helping.”

“Spatious room equipped with small kitchen; good bed and nice bathroom. Personnel was nice. Location is convenient to city Centre and Restaurants. Free breakfast was very good. No free parking available. ”

“Above average breakfast and very nice staff. However…. 1. The parking garage situation was a mess. Stunningly inefficient. 2. There aren’t stairs you can use to go up to your room so there was always a line to use the elevator. 3. The shades were broken in the room so we could get it dark at night not open up fully to bring light in the morning.”

“nice and clean hotel, each staff member i talked to was helpful and nice. having to pay for parking is dumb and should be somehow discounted within the stay of the hotel”

“Lovely historic hotel, excellent location for walking through uptown. I'd recommend enjoying a nice breakfast at the hotel and exploring the city.”
