Only one of the two elevators were operating which made wait times longer. The breakfast bar was very limited. Overall, the staff were friendly and pleasant. ”

“Beautiful hotel”

“This hotel was okay for a quick stay. It was clean but not many available amenities. The staff was friendly. The elevator did not work and didn't get a chance to check out the breakfast.”

“Arrived to check in around midnight after a flight - there was no staff on duty except for a number to call. The person who answered was extremely rude and dismissive, actually mocked us for arriving late and needing to wait, and when I complained about their attitude cancelled my reservation and decided to taunt me over it lol if the owner or manager is reading my comment, this took place at around midnight ”
