“2人で利用しましたが、部屋が狭くて2人分のトランクを広げる場所がありませんでした。
設備は清潔で、フロントの対応も良かったです。
しかしながら、部屋でお湯を沸かした際、電気ポットが壊れていたらしくグツグツと沸騰が止まらずスイッチからも蒸気がもれておりスイッチで止めようとして人差し指を火傷しました。主人が電源を抜いてようやく沸騰が止まリました。
その後フロントに状況を伝えてポットを交換してもらいましたが、交 換に来たスタッフの方に指の水ぶくれを見せても、へえ?という顔をしただけで特にお詫びとかはありませんでした。日本のホテルだったら有り得ない対応だなと文化の違いを感じました。”
