“A terrible experience. Shameful and unacceptable: at 4:45 in the morning someone opened the door of our room (the broken lock does not allow closing). We got scared and immediately ran away. I hope Hotels will provide a refund. The building is old and poorly cared. The rooms can't be closed (the lock is broken) and they are bare and dirty. The furniture is little and badly tanned. “We had a lovely stay at Studio with a View! It was cozy, private, and immaculately clean. We stayed for one night as a stop over and it had everything we needed. Francis was wonderful as well - she was quick to communicate, gave excellent recommendations, and welcomed us warmly. It’s an absolute gem and we look forward to staying again some day.”
