“The presentation photos dont show how dirty every is. A run down and dirty hotel. My room didn't get cleaned during my stay. The hallway had dirty plates with food on for 3 days. The pool area was full of leftovers from a party and wasn't cleaned during my stay. The only positive was that there was no bedbuggs. All in all -book another hotel.”

“I was taken care during all my stay and definitively the level of service and comfort are excellent. It is conveniently located near the airport so it is easy to reach upon arrival in CCU. I had the chance to ask for some support during my stay and the customer service was very prompt and effective.”

“The restaurant and check-in staff were really great. The check out staff was kind of rude. We stayed on the 5th floor and after literally 45 trips to India and I can say this was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed (and I have a high tolerance for cultural diversity and don’t require luxury). The 5th floor hallway has a stink like overstated rat urine that I have never experienced in my life. It immediately invoked my gag relax and I have PTSD from the smell.
