“Our stay at the Taj Taal was amazing, booking was easy, airport pickup was perfect, the room was gorgeous, but the best thing about our stay was the staff!! From the man who picked us up, to the women on the front desk who helped us with all the questions we had, and especially a man called Saud who was very kind and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again and would 100% recommend. Wonderfull start to our first visit to India 😊”

“The presentation photos dont show how dirty every is. A run down and dirty hotel. My room didn't get cleaned during my stay. The hallway had dirty plates with food on for 3 days. The pool area was full of leftovers from a party and wasn't cleaned during my stay. The only positive was that there was no bedbuggs. All in all -book another hotel.”

“I was taken care during all my stay and definitively the level of service and comfort are excellent. It is conveniently located near the airport so it is easy to reach upon arrival in CCU. I had the chance to ask for some support during my stay and the customer service was very prompt and effective.”

“The room was very clean, and with adequate amenities. The staff was vety courteous. The location was extremely convenient (a 6 minute ride to the airport.) Airport transportation was available for a reasonable fee. ”

“All my criticism should be moderated by the price, overall this hotel is a good deal. The bathroom had a smell to it, and the restaurant's options were limited, but it was otherwise clean and decent, and a short walk to some malls for food etc.. I also walked to the ecopark, though it's a bit longer. It's a newer, quiet neighborhood, which was nice. The staff brought me a heater for the room when I asked, was able to get my laundry done, etc.. A good stay.”
