It is not a huge hotel like other flagship Taj properties but that what makes it better if you like a quite room especially with balcony.”
“I was taken care during all my stay and definitively the level of service and comfort are excellent. It is conveniently located near the airport so it is easy to reach upon arrival in CCU. The bathroom had a smell to it, and the restaurant's options were limited, but it was otherwise clean and decent, and a short walk to some malls for food etc.. I also walked to the ecopark, though it's a bit longer. It's a newer, quiet neighborhood, which was nice. The staff brought me a heater for the room when I asked, was able to get my laundry done, etc.. A good stay.”
