Room cleaning staff was polite and helped me enter the room when I got locked out. Cons: 1. Denied newspaper service by the housekeeping staff all of a sudden during my stay for no reason :). 2. “All my criticism should be moderated by the price, overall this hotel is a good deal. The bathroom had a smell to it, and the restaurant's options were limited, but it was otherwise clean and decent, and a short walk to some malls for food etc.. I also walked to the ecopark, though it's a bit longer. It's a newer, quiet neighborhood, which was nice. The staff brought me a heater for the room when I asked, was able to get my laundry done, etc.. A good stay.”

“The hotel rooms are pathetic . The food provided is pathetic . No extra toilet tissue . You have to call them for additional tissue. The rooms are with water damaged. Single towel provided. ”
