“Beautiful place to stay. The only thing is when you turn on the heat, you smell the dog and if you don’t like the dog smell, it’s your room gonna smell like a dog but overall everything was great.”

“Property was nice but room service was terrible, after two days off our bedroom not being cleaned or beds changed and fresh towels I went to reception and asked for room service, I got back to the hotel room to find towels changed and no fresh bedding or toilet paper ”

“I travel a lot for business, every time I come in the area I stay here . Everyone are very nice to you . The hotel is nice and clean!! The breakfast is very yummy . The location perfect, you have bunch of great restaurant around the hotel . Downtown Pittsburgh is only 20 min . I recommend for sure !!!!”

“Had a bit of trouble figuring out the virtual check-in process (I should've done it in advance) but once I got through that, everything was good. I do wish there were more options to leave luggage in a locked cubby after after checkout, since you lose access to the building after your checkout time, but the staff member that was there on Sunday was there until 4 pm and let me in. (This is mostly an issue for Sunday checkout since the restaurant is open late other days)”

“This is a pretty basic hotel. Could do with some modernising but it was very clean and the staff were excellent. Shuttle to and from the airport on time. All good. 👍 ”

“My family and I had a brief stay for a few appointments as we live over four hours away from Pittsburgh. We were so happy with our stay at the Crowne Plaza. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were always so happy and welcoming. Very peaceful and the beds were super comfy! We come to Pitt often and this hotel will be our new go to hotel. A+ in my book.”
