Insieme ad altri 6 alberghi faceva parte di un tour che avevamo in vista di fare da tempo. Al momento della prenotazione abbiamo ritenuto che nulla potesse ostacolare il nostro viaggio e abbiamo scelto camere senza rimborso; consapevole di questo ho pregato direttamente la struttura di spostare la prenotazione ad altra data ma non ho...

“Beautiful and cosy place just few steps away from the center. The atmosphere is exactly what you are expecting from a Scottish Hotel. Unfortunately for 2nights we had some problems with the heating and the noise the radiator was making. After the first night, when I showed the reception our concern, they told us that someone would have fixed it. None did. After the second night, at the check out I expressed again our concern and disappointment. The person at the desk checked what was not done....

“We checked in late & were made to feel inconvenient, the kitchen closed long before we arrived which wasn’t the best welcome after long travel. We also left a laptop charger & staff were not very solution orientated and didn’t help us find a way to retrieve the forgotten item.”

“Ottimo hotel, camere spaziose, staff disponibile e gentile. Posizione centrale a 2 minuti dal Royal Mile con negozi, ristoranti e pub. Ottima scelta.”

“Pulizia e camere eccellenti, personale cortese, buona la colazione. Non distante dal centro della Old City, circa 2 km. Per andare in centro abbiamo preso più volte il taxi (eravamo in 4 persone) ed il costo è variato dai 7 ai 10 Ci sono comunque comodi mezzi a 2 pounds/persona.”
