“The apartment was beautiful and comfortably slept 6 of us plus our 18 month old. It was clean and there were fresh towels and snacks and waters waiting for us on our beds. The front door was very difficult to open and close, my family felt unsafe and did not want to stay due to being unsure if the door would stay closed and locked while we were there. “Check-in process was horrible we checked in 2 hours late, the apartment wasn’t clean , toilets weren’t clean, towels were bleached pink spots on bluish towels. Several problems with Air / Heat system, which was addressed but not in a timely matter. This is not a Luxe Life ! There are several items in the apartment that had to be addressed during the stay. The building was nice, but the host apartment on the fifth floor needs to be managed and maintained better, ”

“Nice corner unit apartment with a very welcoming host. Professionally managed unit, too. It's possible to drive, take a train, or even drive to a ferry to get into Manhattan from here (if you go outside of rush hour, it might take 40-55 minutes). Bunk bed is squeaky, so prepare for that, but otherwise everything is intact and quite nice. ”
