“フライトの都合でAM6:00のチェックアウトだとスタッフに事前に伝えていたにも関わらず、全ての出入口にロックがかかっており解錠出来ずに施設から外に出られない状態になった。 施設内部からはインターホン等のヘルプコール設備も無く、仕方なく2メートル以上のホテルのフェンスを乗り越えて脱出した。 大人でも乗り越えるのは大変だったが、同伴の子供達はかわいそうだった。”

“Our kids had an absolute ball, staff were lovely, and had everything we needed. Unfortunately for us we went for the 2 days this year that we got torrential rain and suddenly chilly winds, bad luck for us. We were unable to do mini golf, go carts, or jumping pillow as they were closed off. Kids loved the splash pad so really happy that was still able to be used. Great value for money though, hope to go back when it’s sunny!!!”

“Property on main road,very noisy,earplugs supplied!! Parking was very tight Stair way very narrow Room very basic and not very clean Powerpoints coming away from wall Tv antenna not working but portable one supplied just have to find right angle for reception Asked for a $bond,never had to pay that ever Won’t be returning”

“The property needs maintenance inside and out, my 3.30pm check-in sent me to a room that had not been made up. Language difficulties so I will definitely recommend elsewhere 😇”
