“The website advertising is quite misleading, giving no clear explanation of what is on offer - indicates you have access to, and sole residency of, the entire house. In fact, what you get is an ensuite bedroom with some light breakfast items supplied, and access to a shared kitchenette, where a TV and microwave are supplied, along with tea & coffee supplies, crockery/cutlery etc. Although different to what we expected to have, it was still very pleasant and quiet, and interaction with other...

“Wanted to charge be 100 to access the room an hour earlier. So left to sit in lobby and watch a yelling fight between the front desk team and someone that walked off the street that was intoxicated (who also kept asking me to let them in the elevator). Probably would have just been better to let me in the room, felt very unsafe. Rooms are average, toilet had lots of old yellow stains and did the bath.”
