“Was very basic with only one wine glass. Bed comfortable. Parking easy access. Did not like the fact there were dogs in the building!”

“Love Hotel Chadstone, rooms are great. Bar is sensational as is the location to Chadstone shopping. Would highly recommend. ”

“The room was clean and tidy , it was very quite at night time. Didn't get to experience the pool and spa unfortunately but I'm sure it would have been nice”

“The Cullen is a lovely hotel, it’s just starting to show signs of age and wear. The balcony that we paid extra to have was dirty, the furniture just an old cracked table and 2 dirty plastic chairs. The penthouse is so nice, it is a shame that there are cracked pavers on the balcony, some are raised and are a tripping hazard. It a sad to see the hotel not being maintained. ”

“Clean room”

“Room was in fair condition a few bits of furniture that were tatty. Beds were comfortable. Said it was a studio but more like a normal hotel bedroom just with a microwave and toaster as extra. No balcony although there was one outside the window which was connected to the room next door which was a bit weird as they could walk past our window and look in to our room. The staff were excellent very helpful. Not really close to anything beach was about a mile away only an Aldi next door”
