“The property is very nice and great for a short stay. I’d give 5-stars but our ac didn’t work and there isn’t anyone that works the desk so we couldn’t report it. Right on the square and close to a lot. We will stay again.”

“Parking was very easy as I could able to access my room from the backdoor. Given my hand condition I felt relief that I could able to load and unload stuff without much effort. That being said I have to admit that this is the least clean or poor quality inn’s I’ve ever been. Sinks and bathrooms are so moldy and unclean.”

“We made a last minute reservation for 3 nights. The reception area and desk clerk were both "welcoming". The hotel was clean and well maintained as was our room. The room itself came equipped with a microwave, mini fridge, iron/ironing board, bars of soap, and full-size bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. I waited 15 minutes and called Comfort Suites customer service because I did not want a charge for late checkout. The representative tried calling the hotel and no answer.”

“The furniture in the rooms and lobby was torn and stained. Bathtub stoppers were disabled and not able to bathe the children. Staff was not offer any solutions just stating under new management and renovation staff was very dismissive to the customer concerns. Observed staff do the same to other customers. I encouraged customer to write a complaint. Staff would not provide information to corporate. We came for the 4th of July our best ti.e was being away from the hotel.”
