“The hotel staff are really the highlight of this property; everyone was very kind and helpful to us. The service was above and beyond. Special shout out to the Concierge team, including Miky, who made sure we had fun plans when ours fell through, and Bob and Frank at the pool. The restaurant at the hotel has good food for when you don't want to go outside, or just wanted to relax after a day of adventure. There are free kayak for guests to use, the pool is nice. “We booked here for one night, but we were left stranded by the airline, so we stayed for three nights: It has been a beautiful experience, the staff was incredibly helpful and kind, they helped us in every way they could. The place is quiet and charming, the garden beautiful, breakfast is rich, and we enjoyed the view on the lagoon and the free kayaks. Very good value for money, if you are looking for tranquillity.”

“Hotel grazioso, confortevole a due passi dal mare . La zona non è adatta alla balneazione (praticamente l'acqua della laguna non è proprio limpida) e arrivare al centro città occorrono più di 20 minuti a piedi e di sera l'illuminazione è parecchio scarsa. Praticamente è un hotel utile per una o due notti di passaggio. ”

“The breakfast was pretty basic, but basically good enough. There were 4 kayaks, unfortunately 2 were missing storage covers so would likely fill with water. The other 2 did not have these storage areas so we're fine. The water is calm in this area making a paddle most enjoyable. Being a cyclists I was happy to read they had loaner bikes. I was disappointed to see the biggest of them were bmx type bikes. Better than nothing though so i checked them out to find some were missing parts, had flat...
