“We had three rooms in two nights. The front desk person at check in (Tammy?) was terrible. We had to call her out from the back room and it seemed like she had an attitude. She asked us "what do you want?". We're standing in a hotel lobby with suitcases. She assigned us a two queen room when we had reservations for a king room. When we went back down to the front desk, she said, "we ain't got none" without looking at the computer. After explaining that we stay there a quite often and showed her...

“An excellent stately building with spacious rooms, a great pool & workout area, fabulous breakfast, excellent laundry room, and truly wonderful staff who really care about helping guests. We love it and have been back several times this year as our grandson was playing junior hockey in Minnesota near Plymouth. GREAT restaurants around and in Maple Grove as well.”

“We got to the hotel and the first thing we encountered was a broken elevator so we had to wait 5 minutes for the elevator. We get to the room and there was no bedding available and we called the front desk and asked for them to send some up to us and they asked us to come get them. The next morning the breakfast was bare- there was no hot food available and it was 7:45 in the morning. We go back upstairs to get our stuff and we wanted ice- no ice in the ice machine. It was a very disappointing...

“There were 3 spiders in our room when we arrived and garbage near the bed. The staff we encountered were great. We met Eden at check in and check out and she was SO FRIENDLY, professional and made the experience quick and easy. Sophia was also very pleasant. ”

“The breakfast was good and the room was clean. But the hotel and rooms are extremely outdated. The room doors are wood and in terrible shape, Cracked and peeling. The caulking around the sink was a dark brown (why wouldn't you use white??) and was peeling and all over the sink. The phone looked like it was from the 80's. There are hardly any plug ins. No upgrades for phone chargers. The tile in the bathroom floor and around the tub was cracked. ”

“Double charged. 180+ from Expedia for the room. Then they put a 120$ hold on my card. Ok no big deal. Then I get home from my trip and see I was charged another 20$ hold. Ok no big deal..weird... But no big deal. Then I see .. another full room rate charge. Left room in perfect condition literally just went in slept and left. Worker either is scamming people intentionally or Expedia is trash. Never using this app again. ”
