Hotel a Eighty Four

“The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast did not disappoint, offering a variety of options to choose from. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. There were a number of items out of service such as the treadmills, vending and ice machines, and water fountains, but otherwise we were very pleased with the facility and will most definitely stay again.”

“Limited amenities, Limited desk availability with Mc Donald's and Burger King very close by.”

“The location was a short distance from the highway, the room and facilities were clean and staff were friendly. Breakfast was served in the morning to start the day.”

“For the price and a quick place to stay well travelling home this was a great place. Room was clean. It’s an older place but was clean staff were nice. Bed was comfortable. Room temp was great. Fridge was a bit loud. This is not a 4star hotel but how can you expect that when you’re paying this price. My husband and daughter were pleased with the stay.”

“This is my third stay at Suburban Studios over the last couple of years. In addition tobeing a great location right off the highway and a good stopping point along my journey, the staff and site are very welcoming. It is nice to have a full kitchen on long journeys. I travel between Minnesota and Virginia twice a year and Suburban Studios will always be my go to!”

“The room was clean and adequate for a very short stay. The hotel reminded me of an old holiday Inn that was renovated. Value for the price about 6 out of 10.”

“It was a good stay. There were no batteries in the TV remote, and the room entry light didn't light, but would stay again. Breakfast is a plus, and was good.”

“It was not disclosed that the property was under construction, the pictures on line were of the completed property. When checking in, we were given a double queen when we booked a King, and the front desk was not apologetic at all, just "sorry, nothing I can do about it". Also, there wasn't a working ice machine to be found. Upon showering, there was also no conditioner, container was empty. Poor experience over all.”

“Rooms were clean , but customer service was terrible. Asking the front desk a simple question was met with “I don’t know and I don’t care” attitude. Then they just continued to ignore me and went back on their phone .”

“Not fancy. This place needs a facelift. Carpet molding falling off the wall. The kitchen needs some work so it looks nice. Bathroom needs a good cleaning. Tile was full of gunk. Great location near HWY 70. Noisy at night from dogs prancing on the ceiling. Gym looks good, but no one was in it. Going down hill a little at a time.”
