“The “plus” at this Best Western Plus means “plus” roaches. The elevator was broken, the place seemed dark and dank. Stayed on the 4th floor and it was very drafty. Sounded like a storm was arriving. I woke up to roaches. Left within hours. Never again!”

“Overall a good stay. Only thing I recommend for cleaning staff and guest to check AC filters. Ours was super dirty looked like it wasn’t cleaning for years. Worst one I’ve seen in my life. Sheets had couple stains nothing too bad. First time I’ve seen a room with 2 king beds, that was amazing!”

“The lady who checked me in was sweet. However it was difficult to hear her though the glass. She also wasn’t able to photocopy my ID so I had to wait over an hour to get my ID back. Once we got in our room there was no ice bucket, only one washcloth and it was sweltering. This was ok for us since it was way last minute, and it cooled rather quickly. The toilet also had issues with flushing, and on looking into the tank the flapper valve needs replacing. Other than that it wasn’t bad. ”

“Beware, do not stay at this hotel, most of the residents live in the hotel and there are a lot of homeless people hanging around. Everything was filthy I was in complete shock, the floors were dirty there was a blue chair in the room that was stained with what looked as if people were having sex in the chair, the paint was peeling of the walls, the bathroom was filthy, the shower head had a towel tired around it to keep it upright, there was mold spots on the ceiling and I saw what looked like a...

“The staffs were responsive when I needed assistance. The room smells good and was clean when I got there. Proximity to transportation is great”

“The rooms were clean and the staff was nice It had air-conditioning. All those things were included, which was good. The only thing was the location. I’m not too crazy about the location. It was at death kept me on high alert, and the pool was empty during the visit.”
