“El hotel le falta limpieza , en el baño , el filtro del techo y el zoclo sucio, así como la habitación fuerte olor a tabaco , siendo que se promocionan como de no fumadores . Y la limpieza ya no es a diario , tienes que solicitarlo.”

“Long term stay which means people live there. They're are old rusty cats in the back. These people scream, argue and you could smell Marijuana. The room looked ok, but the bed was incredibly uncomfortable, the stove had a crack so I wasn't risking anything just to use it. The unfortunately thing all of this overshadows hope nice the staff was. I would not stay here again until everything is remodeled and the people who live there aren't there anymore. ”

“The property was very clean and had great amenities. It's in a great location close to many restaurants. Rooms are very comfortable, spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This will be my go to place to stay when visiting San Antonio.”

“The Staff was amazing, we did experience a couple of issues but the Staff was able to work them out as quickly as possible (air went out in the room, lost hot water for about 24 hours). Even with that I would still recommend and stay here again. ”

“the property was clean, the concern i had is there were three cars broken into on the property and nothing was done so make sure your car is insured fully not just liability cause the crashing car widows can be very expensive to replace. the tvs didnt work and there was no Ac in the room but they moved me with no problem to another room.. AND THEY CHARGE 4.99 A DAY FOR PARKING WITH NO SECURITY!”

“Room was very clean, staff was very nice, breakfast was not an iption with long lines and lack of proper eating equipment and not being filled quickly. Upon checkout we realized we were overcharged but we called and it was cleared up promptly. ”
