“Nice and friendly staff! Excellent rooms! My go to place for every visit to this town!”

“Closed to SeaWorld. Clean, well maintained. Plenty of parking. Large rooms. Strong paint smell on hallways. Noisy AC and temp control didn’t work well. Breakfast was awfull. Same variety than comparable hotels, but eggs were dry and overcooked. Bacon in pieces and all stuck together. Coffee warm, creamer was slimy. Inedible. Tried first morning, didn’t repeat. Water pressure was super low (4th floor). It was a pain to bathe two kids and two adults after a day out. Will not go back. There are...

“Rooms were a little outdated and it was kind of ghetto outside. There was security but the vibe was just off. Other than that no issues and the room itself and hotel were nice and staff was freindly”

“The fire alarm went off 2 nights in a row while I was sleeping. The pool has slippery tile floors making it unsafe to just walk around it”

“There were a lot of "renovations" going on, hot tub jets didn't work, 1 washer was not working and had to lift up the dryer door to get it to latch. Room was clean but carpets could used a cleaning. Dumpster area looked kinda like a mini landfill. Key card would not open the back parking area door.”

“If you want clean hotel and breakfast and are used to good hotels, don’t go here. This is strictly to save money, other than that, don’t stay here.”

“Long term stay which means people live there. They're are old rusty cats in the back. These people scream, argue and you could smell Marijuana. The room looked ok, but the bed was incredibly uncomfortable, the stove had a crack so I wasn't risking anything just to use it. The unfortunately thing all of this overshadows hope nice the staff was. I would not stay here again until everything is remodeled and the people who live there aren't there anymore. ”

“Excellent service, , It’s relatively close to the parks, and parking is more accessible since the hotels near the River Walk are more expensive and parking there can be a bit complicated.””

“They didn't have the room we booked with double queen beds and instead gave us a room with living room and bed couch which is not comfortable. They did give us another bed upon request but what I didn’t like is that he said the system had overbooked the rooms”

“The hotel is in a good location. Breakfast offerings are typical fare. There’s an additional charge for parking that I didn’t know about til I checked in. The hotel is clean. Staff is friendly!”

“Our stay was fabulous! The front desk ladies were courteous and friendly. Easy check in and check out. The morning breakfast was continental style and offered a variety of options. Our room was one of the family suites and it very comfortable. Our family liked that it had the tub/shower with sink and the toilet with sink in separate rooms. We would stay again.”
