Hotel vicino a Hill Country Golf Club - San Antonio

“La propiedad me quedaba cerca de la zona en donde realizaría mis actividades y el hecho de que incluya desayuno fue genial porque iba con familia de vacaciones, el personal fue atento y en general funciono bastante bien para nuestro viaje. Lo que no me gusto fue que el cuarto no fue aseado todos los días, no hay suficientes basureros solamente 1 en el baño, no hay suficiente lugar para colgar toallas y el closet se encuentra dentro del baño entonces la ropa que guardas ahí alcanza a absorber...

“The Staff was amazing, we did experience a couple of issues but the Staff was able to work them out as quickly as possible (air went out in the room, lost hot water for about 24 hours). Even with that I would still recommend and stay here again. ”

“Clean comfy Studio Rooms Great location to the hospital and beautiful surroundings. Every Staff Member has been so nice and welcoming! Went above and beyond to help us when the Ac in one of our rooms wasn’t working properly. Breakfast is Free and good! They have many amenities. ”

“The location is excellent. If you are looking for super closeness to Sea World, it's great. Considering this hotel is in the "budget friendly" category it is disappointing they do not have free breakfast and shocking that they charge for parking. We have stayed at several other hotel chains similar in price and get free parking and breakfast. So this sadly, is a one and done for us. ”

“The property was well maintained and very convenient for our visit to Lackland AFB. The staff was friendly but could use more training with their reservation system. We checked out a day early and originally told that we would be refunded the day we had paid for. The next morning the manager informed us that would not be the case and we had to forfeit the room charge for the day. The breakfast was not the greatest, but passable. “The property was very clean and had great amenities. It's in a great location close to many restaurants. Rooms are very comfortable, spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This will be my go to place to stay when visiting San Antonio.”

“the property was clean, the concern i had is there were three cars broken into on the property and nothing was done so make sure your car is insured fully not just liability cause the crashing car widows can be very expensive to replace. the tvs didnt work and there was no Ac in the room but they moved me with no problem to another room.. AND THEY CHARGE 4.99 A DAY FOR PARKING WITH NO SECURITY!”
