“Great hotel for staying by Sea World, the shuttle is perfect and saves so much by not paying for parking. The hotel was clean, the free roll away bed is a great option for families. We ate at the on-site restaurant for dinner, the food was good and kids 11 and under eat free with an adult. The amenities are nice for kids, a pool and a billiards table. The staff were all helpful and pleasant. We will stay here again when we visit the area.”

“We didn’t have a great experience unfortunately. Our air didn’t work well the first night then on the second day it went out while we were away. Got back to the hotel at 11:00pm and asked for help, they came up and “fixed” the air just for it to stop working again almost immediately. They said they would switch our rooms and they had forgotten about us for about 30min. When we got to the other room it was great until it started raining and there was a leak it the ceiling. “Closed to SeaWorld. Clean, well maintained. Plenty of parking. Large rooms. Strong paint smell on hallways. Noisy AC and temp control didn’t work well. Breakfast was awfull. Same variety than comparable hotels, but eggs were dry and overcooked. Bacon in pieces and all stuck together. Coffee warm, creamer was slimy. Inedible. Tried first morning, didn’t repeat. Water pressure was super low (4th floor). It was a pain to bathe two kids and two adults after a day out. Will not go back. There are...

“Being some type of air freshener with you because the rugs smell funny and the vent from the air conditioning system smells worse. The rugs need to be replaced, they are outdated.”

“The hotel is in a good location. Breakfast offerings are typical fare. There’s an additional charge for parking that I didn’t know about til I checked in. The hotel is clean. Staff is friendly!”

“They didn't have the room we booked with double queen beds and instead gave us a room with living room and bed couch which is not comfortable. They did give us another bed upon request but what I didn’t like is that he said the system had overbooked the rooms”

“Staff was friendly. I had read reviews about the elevator and not working before arrival so was aware. Thankfully we were only on the second floor so just took the stairs. The pool was so crowded both nights”
