“They didn't have the room we booked with double queen beds and instead gave us a room with living room and bed couch which is not comfortable. They did give us another bed upon request but what I didn’t like is that he said the system had overbooked the rooms”

“We wouldn’t stay here again. The room was just okay :/ The shower had lukewarm water at best, showers were cold and uncomfortable. Breakfast was disgusting. The eggs tasted like the pan they had been cooked in. They were inedible and extremely greasy. The bedroom linens were very obviously stained. The room was pleasantly cool but humid and sticky if that makes any sense. Location was good.”

“Our stay was pleasant. The rooms were really clean . . The cherry on top was that my bed smelled VERY clean. I would recommend staying here. There is a target next store, so that was very convenient.”

“Struttura meravigliosa e centralissima con accesso diretto al riverwalk. Hall enorme e bellissima, personale gentilissimo ed efficiente. Check in é checkout rapidissimi. Camera enorme con varie stanze, pulitissime. Bagno perfetto. Letto enorme e comodo. Televisione con schermo enorme. Pulizia perfetta. Frigorifero in camera. Consigliato ”

“The place is not very clean Next to the elevator there were roaches The carpet in the hall smell bad The carpet in the room had stains No hot water Refrigerator was making a loud noise And I was told the wrong time of breakfast”

“Pull out bed was rusted with spring appearing. Second floor water pressure was low. Recieved bed sheets for pull out bed with burn holes and stains on them. We did have plenty of room however, as a family of 6. With some upgrades, the hotel would be a decent stay.”

“Rooms were a little outdated and it was kind of ghetto outside. There was security but the vibe was just off. Other than that no issues and the room itself and hotel were nice and staff was freindly”

“Bella struttura d'epoca lungo il River Walk, in posizione centralissima per raggiungere a piedi tutta Downtown. Buona colazione, e apprezzatissimo l'ottimo happy hour complimentary dalle 5.30 alle 7 pm, che fa da cena. Comodissimo il parcheggio coperto dell'hotel, con accesso direttamente alla hall ed ai piani.”

“Clean rooms, balcony, gated parking, walkable for downtown, delicious breakfast, Starbucks drinks and there’s a store nearby with necessities. We were greeted promptly, the lobby was nice and clean. It’s in a quiet spot.”

“The fire alarm went off 2 nights in a row while I was sleeping. The pool has slippery tile floors making it unsafe to just walk around it”
