“I had stayed at this hotel several times over the past few months because of its convenient location and generally calm atmosphere. While the breakfast options are limited to basics like yogurt, coffee, and bread, that was never an issue for me since there is an IHOP right next door. I had previously felt comfortable staying here and had not had any major concerns. “The AC had a good range of cool/warm and strength of breeze. The period I stayed there was unusually cool for May, so I turned up the room temp and had a great sleep. The pillows came with 3 different softness and bulks, which was nice. The shower was hot enough and the stream was strong enough although I've had it better elsewhere. The only disappointment for me was the really basic breakfast: pre-packaged cupcakes, oranges, and tea/coffee.”

“The property is okay. Breakfast is fine but carpets, pool and other areas need maintenance. Staff is friendly and nice, Ned’s are not big enough, we were told we had king sides bed and we found small queen in our room where our feet were not fitting well. In general property was ok. Not luxury though.”

“If I could give zero stars I would. Property looks nothing like pictures. Dirty, floor was soaking wet. They do not honor online prices and added room fees for being under $50. Charge $5 for using a card to pay. Wouldn't even give us an extra pillow. Terrible. Terrible ”

“I strongly recommend this location. I think by San Antonio standards it is centrally located, and there are quite a few restaurants nearby. Best of all, parking is included as well as breakfast and a daily happy hour with food. In downtown San Antonio there is very little to do other than walking on the Riverwalk (highly overrated), the Alamo, and an art museum. It is NOT the typical American city downtown area. There are almost no stores and nothing else to do besides what I just mentioned...

“When I checked for a week and payed CASH IN TOWN FOR A MILITARY EVENT AT LACKLAND AFB DRIVE 25 hours, NO ONE INFORMED ME IF I HAD TO LEAVE EARLY I NEED TO GIVE A NOTICE OR THE HOTEL WOULD RETAIN A FEE OF 129.00. It just not a way to handle playing customers of over 25 years!”
