“the room always smelled musty / hummide , sven with the a/c in low tempatures, the bed also had bed bugs , every night they bed had to be checked to see if any new ones appeared and they did, terrible place to stay ...”

“I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. There was no hot water during my visit, which made it extremely uncomfortable. The entire place smelled strongly like fresh paint, which was overwhelming and unpleasant. The floors were visibly dirty and didn’t appear to have been properly cleaned before my arrival. Overall, the lack of cleanliness and basic amenities made this stay unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel.”

“The house itself is fine. Clean and good parking. The toilet paper fixture was broken, the soap in the bathroom is cheap. They charge $200 (insane) deposit of which they decided to take $22 because i slightly stained their crappy white towels with a smudge of makeup. They claimed that they couldnt be cleaned so they deducted that from my deposit. So, be careful staining their towels ”

“La location è buona, vicino al centro. Parcheggio comodo e personale gentile e disponibile. Alquanto sporche le camere, lenzuola vecchie con buchi. ”

“El hotel se encuentra limpio las camas son funcionales pero no muy cómodas la limpieza de los baños es regular, el desayuno es el mismo todos los días no ha variedad pero está muy céntrico y tiene bastantes tiendas a su alrededor sin necesidad de translados largos ”

“we were very disappointed in the grab and go breakfast offerings through Moon’s daughter. We ordered a bacon and egg taco…the unseasoned eggs and greasy bacon were served on pita bread. The container it was served in was full of grease. There was some unknown food item that looked like tofu. In San Antonio, you can’t call something a breakfast taco and serve what we got. Gross”

“Wonderful property! Rooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly and professional. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“The property was very nice for my one-night stay. Very clean and the location was great for access to downtown San Antonio! If you are a light sleeper, I recommend bringing earplugs as the A/C unit in the bedroom was a bit loud. All in all, definitely recommend.”
