“Breakfast the eggs, bacon briskets was cold . the juices machine was not working. the equipment to Toste was not working. the parking was good clean rooms but the cart to transport the loges there was only one but it was not on the front desk we have to carry our luges in 3 trios. ”

“The people were really nice, there were a few roaches in the room but you should know what to except when u rent the room to being with”

“If I could give zero stars I would. Property looks nothing like pictures. Dirty, floor was soaking wet. They do not honor online prices and added room fees for being under $50. Charge $5 for using a card to pay. Wouldn't even give us an extra pillow. Terrible. Terrible ”

“We checked in and there was a deposit that you had to put down for their snack area. Didn’t know anything about it. I paid it right a way, but when I checked out, I have to wait 3-5 days to get it back. The pool was dirty, it needed to be skimmed out and brushed.”

“Gorgeous property. Beautiful rooms especially overlooking the River Walk. Room service is amazing and great food but a 25% gratuity is already added in. I just thought that was extremely high but the food was worth it. I would go there again. Staff were kind and the valet was congenial. There’s a parking lot directly across the street for $9.00 a day or each time you go in and out so there’s no need to pay the $60 per day for valet parking at the hotel.”

“If you need a budget hotel close to river walk, your better off with red roof inn. This is the worst motel 6 i have ever stayed at. ”

“The location in relation to the tourist attraction, especially the riverwalk, was great. The view from the top floor suite, fantastic. The complementary continental breakfast and cocktail hour, wonderful. Since the room is a suite, I criticize the tired paint on the bathroom door and the shower fitting needing an extra tightening to stop the water from flowing. But I’d rent the room again if I return to San Antonio”

“Bella struttura d'epoca lungo il River Walk, in posizione centralissima per raggiungere a piedi tutta Downtown. Buona colazione, e apprezzatissimo l'ottimo happy hour complimentary dalle 5.30 alle 7 pm, che fa da cena. Comodissimo il parcheggio coperto dell'hotel, con accesso direttamente alla hall ed ai piani.”
