Hotel vicino a Basilica of the National Shrine of the Little Flower - San Antonio

“Ottima posizione , zona tranquilla e silenziosa ”

“Amazing place I love that it is very close to Downtown so if u here for the River Walk or Alamo this is definitely your place.”

“The house itself is fine. Clean and good parking. The toilet paper fixture was broken, the soap in the bathroom is cheap. They charge $200 (insane) deposit of which they decided to take $22 because i slightly stained their crappy white towels with a smudge of makeup. They claimed that they couldnt be cleaned so they deducted that from my deposit. So, be careful staining their towels ”

“Location was close to downtown and met our needs. The house was clean and in good shape. Although, I think there were a few fire detectors missing. The dock was there and the detector was not. We didn't get to use the parking spot promised in the back due to concrete repair going on. But there was ample street parking. The fridge did not work when we arrived and the owner sent maintenance the next day to fix it. All in all, we had a great time.”

“hotel was great valet was the only problem. They charge for parking and you request your car and they make you go get your car so you have to guess where they parked the car.”

“Beautiful place. Will be back.”

“Really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff is really nice and welcoming. Room was also very clean. Thank you!!”

“Posizione ottima, vicino al centro e a tutti i punti di interesse. Molto pulita e spaziosissima. Personale gentile ottima colazione.”

“Room doesn’t clean in 4 days, bar sandwich ed not cooked express”

“On my first day as soon as I checked in a dog was continuously barking to the point I had to report it. Same day at 3:00AM a fire alarm was blaring asking everyone to evacuate the hotel. I was on the ninth floor! When we got to the third floor the stairs were blocked and no instructions as to how to proceed, so we had to reenter the floor and use another exit. All that to be told it was a false alarm. The lack of security and safety was non existent. My room had a connecting door and the noise...

“Lovely”

“Struttura bellissima in un palazzo storico dal fascino antico con arredamenti moderni di grande gusto. Peccato per la biancheria da letto e da bagno un po’ datata, e non sempre pulitissima. Con qualche cura in più ai dettagli sarebbe un albergo eccellente!! Posizione eccellente, peccato per i grandissimi lavori che sono in corso nella zona.”
