“The staff was nice. The property could use some love. In my room the TV, microwave, and fridge did not work and there was no light in the bathroom. There was also cigarette burns on the bedding - funny since I was in a non smoking room. I only need the room for a night because I was in town for a concert. Checked out and left after my show after having someone knock on my door looking for his tattoo artist and dealer.”

Camera enorme con varie stanze, pulitissime. Bagno perfetto. Letto enorme e comodo. Televisione con schermo enorme. Pulizia perfetta. Frigorifero in camera. Consigliato ”

Buona colazione, e apprezzatissimo l'ottimo happy hour complimentary dalle 5.30 alle 7 pm, che fa da cena. Comodissimo il parcheggio coperto dell'hotel, con accesso direttamente alla hall ed ai piani.”

“Great location, hotel has some nicely renovated rooms and common areas. But it appears the attention to detail during the renovation was not a high priority. Simple misses, but several: Sink faucets positioned too far back of the basin making it difficult the wash your hands; the mirror in the bathroom (with 2 sinks) is not wide enough while using the sink to see yourself, without leaning in to the left or right; room amenities- only 1 tiny waste basket for a full size suite; 0 luggage stands, 0...

“Ho frequentato molti Hampton Inn e mi ero sempre trovato benissimo. Questo di San Antonio parte male già dal nome: "River Walk", ma non è molto vicino al River Walk... anche se è molto centrale, a 5 minuti a piedi dall'Alamo. Il servizio di pulizie in camera viene fatto solo il terzo giorno di permanenza, la colazione è troppo scarsa, di mediocre qualità e quando è affollato si deve aspettare lungo per trovare un posto a sedere (sporco). “Staff were friendly and helpful. Air conditioning was cold, showers were warm and bed comfy. You're paying for the location. Directly across from Market Square and a short stroll to Riverwalk. Free parking and breakfast. Needs a freshen up, but it was exactly as advertised and perfectly fine for a short vacation.”
