“Parking was very convenient, also staff was very helpful and answered any questions we had”

“Sono arrivato e mi hanno comunicato che l’ascensore era rotto, e avevano solo camere al terzo piano. Avendo tanti bagagli ho chiesto alternativa e mi hanno cancellato la prenotazione ”

“The pool was green upon arrival but the issue fixed while there. The breakfast was good with a nice variety. The staff was the best part of our stay. They were all pleasant and helpful.”

“It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The food at Opus was great. The only thing that was annoying were the doors to the rooms were not soft closing so heard alot of banging shut. We had an awesome balcony that overlooked the harbor. It was a rainy day but nice to be able to sit out there.”

“We always stay at Hampton Inn because it is a reliably nice place to stay with an excellent breakfast; therefore, we were disappointed with the breakfast at this particular hotel. Powered eggs, bland potatoes, and chicken sausage along with runny oatmeal were not good.”

“Everything was good except the fireplace outside was only seasonal.”

“The hotel had a musty smell. One of the beds was tilting so like sleeping on a hill. Pool was dirty - my daughter cleared out some debris and frogs before using it.”

“Assolutamente il migliore in zona. Stanze pulite , personale gentilissimo. Buona colazione, poca varietà di dolce. Unica pecca le pulizie una volta la settimana. ”

“Graziosa cittadina attaccata ad Huoston affacciata al mare. Pochi gli accessi pubblici al mare ove per lo più ci sono case private”

“Clean room”

“Sono stato 5 notti. Le prime 2 camera comunicante (con porte chiuse) con un maleducato che teneva acceso la tv ad alto volume tutta la notte. Mi sono lamentato ma non è cambiato nulla. Mi hanno dato un’altra stanza e molto rumorosa sulla strada. Ultime 2 notti stanza 220 al secondo piano, molto bene. Staff molto gentile. Fanno omelette fresche, non comune negli USA. ”

“Elevator not working. No change machine for the laundry and staff would not sell quarters to us. On website it said breakfast included but their version of breakfast is a couple bananas and some apples.”

“The room was clean. The staff was very nice. The only thing that I would suggest needs to be updated is the blankets. They are pretty thin. I’m glad I got two beds because during the night I got cold and took the blanket off the other bed and put it on top of me. Other than that, I would stay here again.”

“La Habitación Nos la entregaron Sin haber hecho el aseo, Con basura y Sin toallas, Nosotros tuvimos que limpiarla con ayuda de mi esposa y 2 hijas…Hotel viejo, y no incluye desayuno! Y es un Hilton, 3 noches anteriores nos quedamos en un Embassy by Hilton en Houston y ese si de 10/10…….este de la NASA 1/10 media estrella debe ser”
