“Staff is friendly, room is clean and most of all Breakfast was great !”

“Assolutamente il migliore in zona. Stanze pulite , personale gentilissimo. Buona colazione, poca varietà di dolce. Unica pecca le pulizie una volta la settimana. ”

“I would rate Aspen Grand a big fat zero if I could. Upon arrival I realized the hotel was filthy the second I stepped in the lobby. The girl at the front desk was polite, and that’s probably the only good thing I can say about the place. They tried to put us (including my 86 year old grandfather) on the fourth floor which wouldn’t have been an issue, except the elevator was out of service. After some arguing, one of the cleaning staff members informed the attendant that they just finished...

“I picked this hotel because it has charging station! It didn’t work so I spent so much time to go to one and all. The front desk guy you can’t understand what so ever! The hotel was clean thank goodness! ”

“Sono stato 5 notti. Le prime 2 camera comunicante (con porte chiuse) con un maleducato che teneva acceso la tv ad alto volume tutta la notte. Mi sono lamentato ma non è cambiato nulla. Mi hanno dato un’altra stanza e molto rumorosa sulla strada. Ultime 2 notti stanza 220 al secondo piano, molto bene. Staff molto gentile. Fanno omelette fresche, non comune negli USA. ”
