“Room was nice and big and clean”

“Assolutamente il migliore in zona. Stanze pulite , personale gentilissimo. Buona colazione, poca varietà di dolce. Unica pecca le pulizie una volta la settimana. ”

“Sono arrivato e mi hanno comunicato che l’ascensore era rotto, e avevano solo camere al terzo piano. Avendo tanti bagagli ho chiesto alternativa e mi hanno cancellato la prenotazione ”

“Habitación muy limpia y los empleados muy atentos y educados me encantó ”

“The breakfast was OK. I specifically stayed here because people said it was wonderful. It was just OK, I’ve had better at other Marriott hotels.”

“This was our best option for Baytown. The room wasn't very clean though. Hair in the shower and greasy fingerprints on the make up mirror. The bed was comfy and Staff was super sweet.”

“There is no Breakfast available, only banana and apple was offered as breakfast. Hallway carpet, Floor carpet was so dirty, probably they don't shampoo it once in 6 months. No elevator was working. Only one small and one midium towel was (total two towel) provided. Found some hair in the washroom floor. Window was never cleaned, lots of mud was observed.”

“The hotel was great but the mattress and pillows were terrible to sleep on. Very uncomfortable.”

“Rooms are always super clean, just wish they could refill the conditioner In the showers”

“Sono stato 5 notti. Le prime 2 camera comunicante (con porte chiuse) con un maleducato che teneva acceso la tv ad alto volume tutta la notte. Mi sono lamentato ma non è cambiato nulla. Mi hanno dato un’altra stanza e molto rumorosa sulla strada. Ultime 2 notti stanza 220 al secondo piano, molto bene. Staff molto gentile. Fanno omelette fresche, non comune negli USA. ”
